Shandong Jingrui Security Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-end composite enterprise focused on R&D and manufacturing of carbon-fiber tactical equipment. Covering about 30,000 m², it supplies lightweight, high-strength solutions for navies, coast guards, special forces and law-enforcement agencies.

Jingrui has undertaken equipment production for Marine Corps and coast-guard law-enforcement service, and jointly develops next-generation diving communication and underwater-operations equipment with the National Defense University, the Coast Guard Academy and the Marine Corps. Founded by a veterans team with years of service and equipment experience, the company has deep understanding of VBSS (Visit, Board, Search and Seize), maritime law enforcement and shipboard special operations; designs emphasise real mission needs, ergonomics and extreme-environment reliability.

Long-term cooperation with major state-owned defence firms and research institutes covers composite structure design, carbon-fiber forming and reliability testing, plus structural-component manufacture. Twelve years in carbon-fiber composite equipment applications: prepreg, plates, tubes and high-strength complex parts, with a complete chain of molds, autoclaves, large presses, finishing and paint.

Precision molding comprises 3 autoclave lines, 8 molding-press lines, carving and CNC, with carbon boarding-ladder capacity of 5000+ sets per year. Finishing covers precision grinding, automatic and manual spray, functional coatings and QC in a closed loop from blank to finished surface, under military-grade reliability standards.
